1 Peter 3:8 & 9 (NKJV)
Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another, love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous; not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing.

Be blessed by being a blessing to others

Ephesians 4:30 - 32 (NKJV)
And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

Forgiveness heals you

Abba Father You gave us Jesus and He taught us to forgive and to walk in love, may we always do so and be recognizable as Your children; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

1 Peter 2:22 - 25 (NKJV)
"Who committed no sin, nor was deceit found in His mouth"; who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously; who Himself bore our sins on His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness - by whose stripes you were healed. For you  were like sheep going astray but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

When Jesus was on the cross you were on His mind, He knew you and all your fleshly ways, but He loved you and washed you with His blood, cleansed of all unrighteousness, so that He could present you unblemished before Your Father at the completion of your earthly journey - now that is Love!

Abba Father there is no greater love than Your love for us, today, tomorrow and forever we sing Your praises, Jesus is without question the greatest gift ever, we are forever Your children; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

14 Days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, for the Bible tells you so

John 13:34 & 35 (NKJV)
"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."

Think about this, Jesus gives us a commandment, not a request, that we love each other in the same way He loves us; Jesus who put Himself on the cross so that we could become righteous before God and be forever in His presence; Jesus says for us to love each other as He loves us, do you think, just maybe, that if we loved others as Jesus loves us we just might have the life abundantly that He came to give us?

14 Days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, for the Bible tells you so

Romans 8:38 & 39 (NKJV)
For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

You can not undue the love Jesus has for you; just accept it and give it to others.

14 Days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, for the Bible tells you so

Ephesians 3:19 (NKJV)
Know the love of Christ, which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

No amount of education, formal or informal, will enable you to fully know God, but the love of Jesus will fill your heart to overflowing as He forever whispers to you His promises and you will both see and know the fullness of your Father.

Abba Father because of Your great love, the love of Your Son Jesus Christ we can call You "Daddy" and rejoice today, tomorrow, and forever in Your Fullness; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

14 days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, for the Bible tells you so

John 15:7 - 11(NKJV)
"If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples. As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you, abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full."

There is no greater joy than abiding in the love of Jesus, obedient to His every command, trusting His direction, walking in faith the path He chose, confident that with Him is always better than without Him.

1 Thessalonians 5:16 - 18 (NKJV)
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Jesus says that He will walk side by side with us as we journey through life, His joy is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10) and we are secure in His promise that His greatest joy is seeing us successfully complete life's journey (Jude 24).

Abba Father Your love manifested in Your Son Jesus Christ is our strength, we will rejoice always confident that all things are possible when we believe in Him never doubting that He is always by our side; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior Christ Jesus who loves us without condition that we pray. Amen.

14 days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, for the Bible tells you so

Psalm 91:14 - 16 (NKJV)
"Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him, and show him My salvation."

Set your love upon God and live your life in confident expectation.

Galatians 2:20 (NKJV)
"I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me."

We live because He died, we have life because He rose, forever bonded together because He loved.

Abba Father how awesome is Your Son who loved us when He knew us but gave us life forever, revealed the truth, and is our guide to eternity with You (John 14:6); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

14 days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, for the Bible tells you so

Romans 5:1 - 5 (NKJV)
Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Daily our hope grows stronger, we have the peace of Jesus in the midst of adversity because we believe that Jesus has overcome the world (John 16:33) and continually the Holy Spirit fills our heart with the Love of Jesus.

Jude 20 & 21 (NKJV)
But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

God is our Father we are His children (Romans 8:15) and our name is "Beloved", and He is our God and we are His children forever (Revelation 21:3) - Now that is the Love of Jesus.

Abba Father we fall on our face before You, daily singing Your praises, with thankful hearts confident in the knowledge that we have Your love today, tomorrow and forever; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

14 Days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, for the Bible tells you so

Revelation 1:4 - 6 NKJV
John, to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Jesus, our Risen Lord and Savior, the King of kings, who reigns forever, shed His blood and removed our sins so that we may stand righteous before God our Father - That is Love!

1 Peter 4:7 - 10 (NKJV)
But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers, and above all things have fervent love for one another for "love will cover a multitude of sins." Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. As each one has received a gift, minister to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

There are many things we can do which please God our Father but nothing pleases Him more that when we love one another in the same manner that He loves us.

Abba Father You are our Father and we are Your beloved children may Your love planted in us by Your Son Jesus Christ pierce the darkness of the world as we love one another as You have loved us; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

14 days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, for the Bible tells you so

Colossians 2:13 & 14 (NKJV)
And you being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made you alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.

Jesus nailed every sin you ever committed or will commit to the cross so that you could become righteous before God in Him; now that is Love!

14 days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, for the Bible tells you so

Philippians 3:13 & 14 (NKJV)
Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

God knows where you have been and what you have done, what He is most interested in discussing with you is where you are going and how with the help of Jesus you are going to get there, and it gives Him exceeding joy to know that your journey will be successful and that you will be able stop and smell the roses along the way (Jude 24 and John 10:10)

Abba Father with You we have Jesus and with You we have a future, we have Your love, Your forgiveness, Your peace, Your joy and the hope of tomorrow and forever tomorrow's to come; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

14 days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, for the Bible tells you so

1 John 4:17 - 19 (NKJV)
Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love Him because He first loved us.

The next time the devil attempts to place doubt in your mind, place fear in your heart, and fill your life with torment and destruction, simply say this, "I am the beloved child of God my Father, a joint heir with Jesus to God's Kingdom, I am God's Property and devil you have no authority in my life so in the name of Jesus I command you to flee (James 4:7).

1 John 5:11 (NKJV)
And this is the testimony; that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.

What a beautiful promise and what a wonderful future, we will be forever in heaven with Jesus, and oh by the way devil your forever place will be the lake of fire (Revelation 20:11 - 15)

Abba Father You created us in Your image to be Your family, You chose us in Jesus to be Your children, and in Him You said, let us spend forever together in love; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

14 days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, for the Bible tells you so

Matthew 20:26 - 28 (NKJV)
"Yet it shall not be so among you, but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave - just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."

Jesus set the bar throughout His ministry on this earth, His servants heart was always visible, He was there for the poor, He was there for the brokenhearted, He was there for the captives, He was there for the blind, He was there for  the oppressed (Luke 4:18), and most importantly He was there for you and I (John 3:16). Should not our lives reflect the Heart of Jesus as we serve others?

Luke 15:20 (NKJV)
"And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him."

As we read this parable closely we gain insight that the father was not searching for the son because the son decided to come home, but rather he was searching daily for the son hoping and praying that he would decide to come home, and when the father spied the returning son from a long way off he ran to the son with joy in his heart because his son who was lost was now returning home and he showered his son with all of the best he had. Our Father God is the same way, no matter how lost we are, no matter how corrupted we have become, God is always searching for us with a hopeful and expectant heart and when He sees us heading His way He races to meet us, His heart filled with Love and Joy, ready to pour out His best upon us - Jesus!

Abba Father may each of us daily grow in our understanding of Your great love for us and let no opportunity no matter how small pass us by as we show others the love of Jesus by being Your humble and faithful servants; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

14 Days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, because the Bible tells you so

1 Corinthians 13:4 - 8a (NKJV)
Love suffers long and is kind, love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails!

God's love never fails, neither should ours, we can do all things in His strength (Philippians 4:13)

Colossians 3:12 - 14 (NKJV)
Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, long suffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another, even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things, put on love, which is the bond of perfection.

We are called by Jesus each day to love and forgive others as He loves and forgives us, doing so will fill your life with His peace and His joy. Trust Him.

Abba Father may we walk daily in a manner that pleases You (Colossians 1:10), may we each day say no to the world and yes to Jesus and may His love be seen in us; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

14 Days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, because the Bible tells you so

John 13:34 & 35 (NKJV)
"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."

Jesus does not just request that we love one another the way He loves us, He, the King of kings, our Risen Lord and Savior, commands that we love one another the way He loves us.

2 Corinthians 5:21 (NKJV)
For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Jesus is the sin eraser, He did it upon the Cross, He does it today, and He will do it tomorrow, and He does it with His unconditional love. Kenneth Copeland sings a beautiful song entitled, "When He was on the Cross I was on His mind," and one line in the song says, "He knew me, Yet He loved me." Jesus commands us to do the same thing, allow our love for one another to go beyond our knowledge of one another. He did it for us, He gives us the strength to do it for others.

Abba Father may we this day and every day forward, strive to walk in the love of Jesus, forgetting both the pain we have received and the pain that we have given, and allowing the love of Jesus to flow through us to all the others in our life; it is in the name of  our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

14 days of the Love of Jesus

Jesus loves you, this you know, because the Bible tells you so.

John 3:16 (NKJV)
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

The words of Jesus - God so loved that He gave

Isaiah 53:3 - 5 (NKJV)
He is despised and rejected by men, a Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.

Jesus willing took upon Himself the humility, the pain, the suffering, and the evil of man, He did it for one reason and only one reason, He did it for you, that you might have life, life abundant, and life eternal.

Abba Father may we this day and every day forward understand and comprehend the completeness of the Your love for us; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

1 John 4:2 - 4 (NKJV)
By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world. You are of God little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

1 John 5:3 - 5 (NKJV)
For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world - our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.

Revelation 12:10 & 11 (NKJV)
Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation and strength, and the kingdom of  our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before God day and night, has been cast down. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

Abba Father we do believe that Jesus is Your Son and daily we speak Your truth and sing Your praises, we do have victory in Jesus; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

 Matthew 13:8 & 9 (NKJV)
"But others fell on good ground and yield a crop: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!"

Matthew 13:23 (NKJV)
"But he who received seed on good ground is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty."

Romans 4:20 & 21 (NKJV)
He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.

Abba Father may we have ears to hear, may our hearts be receptive to Your word, and may we have a teachable spirit, but most of all may we be convinced that You are ABLE! It is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Jude 24 (NKJV)
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy.

We have a promise from Jesus that He walks with us as we journey through life here on this earth, it gives Him great joy to present us to our Father in heaven holy and without blame (Ephesians 1:4) at the end of our earthly journey and the beginning of eternity in His presence.

2 Peter 3:9 (NKJV)
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is long suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

Let there be no doubt, God our Father desires to spend eternity rejoicing in right relationship with all of His children.

Ephesians 3:19 (NKJV)
Know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with the fullness of God.

The love of Jesus will never fail us and will take us far beyond our ability to think and ask (1 Corinthians 13:8 and Ephesians 3:20).

Abba Father You created us in Your image, to be Your children and to be a conduit for Your light to penetrate darkness and Your love to save the world; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

John 1:14 - 17 (NKJV)
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John bore witness of Him and cried out, saying, This was He of whom I said, 'He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He was before me.'" And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

John 20:29 - 31 (NKJV)
Jesus said to him, "Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed." And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.

John 3:16 (NKJV)
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

Abba Father You gave us Jesus, He is the Truth, and He and His words are all we need to journey through life on this earth, to be set apart and recognizable as Your disciples, walking daily in a manner pleasing to You; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Isaiah 41:10 & 13 (NKJV)

"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am you God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand...For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, Fear not, I will help you."

Psalm 124:8 (NKJV)
Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.

Hebrews 13:6 (NKJV)
So we may boldly say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?"

Abba Father You are our Father and we are your beloved children, You walk in front, beside, and behind our every step, we will not fear because You are always near; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

3 John 2 (NKJV)
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

Our soul is our mind, our emotions, and our will

Philippians 2:5 (NKJV)
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 3:19 (NKJV)
Know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

The more we know Jesus we will speak and act like Him and we will prosper in the fullness of our Father.

John 15:11 (NKJV)
"These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full."

John 16:33 (NKJV)
"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace, in the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

We have the joy and peace of Jesus, He has overcome the world and all of its evil on our behalf, we may be in the world but we are not of the world, we prosper in Jesus.

Matthew 26:39 (NKJV)
He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed saying, "O My Father if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will."

When we are teachable, when we are humble, and when we are obedient to the will of our Father - We prosper in life!

Abba Father You gave us Jesus, You gave us the perfect plan for a prosperous and abundant life, may this day His words be our words, He said "Follow" and follow we will, and we will rejoice continually in His love, His forgiveness, His joy, and His peace for that is Your will for each of us; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Exodus 15:24 - 26 (NKJV)
And the people complained against Moses, saying, "What shall we drink?" So he cried out to the LORD, and the LORD showed him a tree. When he cast it into the waters, the waters were made sweet. There He made a statute and an ordinance for them, and there He tested them, and said, "If your diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians, For I am the LORD who heals you."

Our Father loves us, He simply wants us to humbly and obediently follow His commands because He knows that will lead us to life and life abundantly; God loves us and gave us Jesus who put Himself upon the cross to free us from sin and death, who fell on His knees before our Father and declared, "Not my will but Your will be done!" And who willingly took the evil punishment upon His back so that Isaiah and Peter could proclaim, "By His stripes we are healed."

Matthew 8:7 (NKJV)
And Jesus said to him, "I will come and heal him."

The healing promise of Jesus is the same today as it was yesterday and will be tomorrow, "Jesus Heals!"

Abba Father we fall on our knees and lift our hands to You in praise, we are so very thankful that You have given us Jesus and it is in His glorious name that we pray. Amen.

I called upon the LORD in distress; the LORD answered me and set me in in a broad place. The LORD is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?

Romans 8:31 & 32 (NKJV)
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

Our Father loves us, we are His children, He stands boldly between us and evil!

Abba Father may each of us this day get a renewed recognition and understanding of who You are, how very much You love us, and how much it delights You to care for Your children; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, our Protector, our Provider, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Psalm 37:3 - 6 (NKJV)
Trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the LORD, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday.

John 15:7 & 8 (NKJV)
"If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples."

2 Corinthians 5:20 & 21 (NKJV)
Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you of Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Romans 3:23 - 26 (NKJV)
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

Abba Father we see clearly from Your word that it is Your desire to pour out Your blessings upon us, to freely give us the desires of our heart and it is equally Your desire for us to be Your obedient children justified by our trust and faith in you, made righteous because we believe in Jesus and faithfully follow His commands; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.
