3 John 2 (NKJV)
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

There are so many great things about this scripture beginning with the recognition of John that we are loved by God (John 3:16 and Ephesians 1:4) followed by his recognition that life abundant (John 10:10) and health (Matthew 8:16) are directly connected to the prospering of our souls - our words, our thoughts, our emotions, and our will.

Abba Father may our words be Your words (John 15:7), may our thoughts approach Your thoughts (Proverbs 16:3), may our emotions be Your emotions (John 13:34, John 14:27, John 15:11), and may our will be subject and obedient to Your will (John 4:34); it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Ephesians 3:19 & 20 (NKJV)
Know the love of Jesus which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask of think according to the power that works in us.

Abba Father as Your children we pray for every parent/grandparent/sibling/relative that they both know and are confident in Your love, Your fullness, and most importantly Your ability, You are not only our Creator, but the Creator of the universe and all things that are in it, all things are possible when we place our trust and belief in You; it is in the name of Jesus our Lord, our Savior and our Healer that we pray that every parent/grandparent/sibling/relative will be filled with the peace and joy that only Jesus can bring to them, that they will be confident in their individual prayer that the things that they ask when they pray You will do, and that You will do for them abundantly more than they ask or think - You make a way where they can see no way. Amen.

The response has been awesome from you who daily embrace the Promises of God, please continue to bring to me those precious children that the Holy Spirit places on your heart, we are all more than conquerors in Him who loves us (Romans 8:37), we overcome the world and all of its evil simply because we believe that Jesus is the Son of God (1 John 5:5)

Psalm 130:1, 2, & 5 (NKJV)
Out of the depths I have cried to You, O LORD; Lord hear my voice! Let You ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications...I wait for the LORD, my soul waits, and in His Word I do hope.

Psalm 91:14 & 15 (NKJV)
"Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him, I will set him on high, because he has known My name. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him."

Abba Father we call and You answer, our trust and hope is always in You, You created us, molded us in Your image, there is no doubt in us that You can restore what the locust has stolen, our resolve will never waver, Your mercy is new every morning; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Mark 11:24 (NKJV)
"Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them."

Mark 9:23 (NKJV)
Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes."

Abba Father Your Son and our Savior Jesus Christ instructs us to believe - You make all things possible, our job is never question but rather believe and proclaim - Jesus heals and makes us whole and it is in His glorious name that we pray. Amen.

Matthew 8:16 & 17 (NKJV)
When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: "He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses."

John 19:30 (NKJV)
So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, "It is finished!" And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.

Abba Father everything and all things required for us who believe to live life abundant (John 10:10) was accomplished when Your Son Jesus Christ spoke His last words as a man on this earth, "It is finished!" - Jesus Heals! Jesus makes us Whole! Jesus Heals! - And it is in His glorious name that on bended knee with arms raised high we pray. Amen.

Matthew 9:35 & 36 (NKJV)
Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. But when He saw the multitude He was moved with compassion for them because they were weary and scattered like sheep having no shepherd.

Abba Father thank You that when we are weary we can come to You (Matthew 11:28), that we are no longer scattered because we have a Shepherd and His name is Jesus Christ, and that He has empowered us with the power to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease (Matthew 10:1); it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Genesis 1:27 (NKJV)
So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

Romans 8:15 - 17 (NKJV)
For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father." The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs - heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.
Abba Father we have no doubt that Your hand is daily upon Your children. Your Son taught us that when we abide in Him and His words abide in us that we can ask what we desire and it will be done for us, You will be glorified, we will see the fruit of our prayer, and we will be His disciples (John 15:7 & 8), so daily may we see the evidence of Your healing touch with Your children; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Nehemiah 8:9 - 11 (NKJV)
And Nehemiah, who was the governor, Ezra the priest and scribe, and the Levites who taught the people said to all the people, "This day is holy to the LORD your God; do not mourn nor weep." For all the people wept when, when they heard the word of the Law. Then he said to them, "Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for the day is holy to our LORD. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the LORD is your strength." So the Levites quieted all the people, saying, "Be still, for the day is holy, do not be grieved."

John 15:11 (NKJV)
"These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full."

3 John 2 - 4 (NKJV)
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers, for I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in the truth. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.

Jude 24 (NKJV)
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy.

Abba Father may our purest joy be our forever relationship with You; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

1 Peter 3:18 (NKJV)
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit.

Romans 3:21 - 26 (NKJV)
But now the righteousness of God apart from law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

Abba Father every day when we arise we lift our hands and our eyes in thankful praise for Jesus our Risen Lord and Savior in whose glorious name we pray. Amen.

Isaiah 54:17 (NKJV)
"No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me," says the LORD.

Jude 24 & 25 (NKJV)
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to God our Savior who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen.

We have a Savior - We have a future - One great Hope to save us from ourselves - Jesus

Abba Father may our eyes always be fixed on You for You are the Solution and our hope and trust is always in You; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Daniel 2:14 - 18 & 25 (NKJV)
Nebuchadnezzar spoke, saying to them, "Is it true, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, that you do not serve my gods or worship the gold image which I have set up? Now if you are ready at the time you hear the sound of the horn, flute, harp, lyre, and psaltery, in symphony with all kinds of music, and you fall down and worship the image which I have made, good! But if you do not worship, you shall be cast immediately into the midst of a burning fiery furnace. And who is the god who will deliver you from my hands?" Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, "O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up."..."Look!" he answered, "I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire: and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God."

1 John 5:4 & 5 (NKJV)
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world - our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.

We can be the Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego of today!

Abba Father we place our trust in You, we set our love upon You, we know Your name, You will deliver us from the evils of this world and You honor us (Psalm 91), we serve You and only You; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Acts 4:29 - 33 (NKJV)
"Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus." And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness. Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things that he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common. And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all.

In the world today where evil abounds, where government leadership failure is common place, and where many, many have replaced hope with fear and distrust - TRY THIS - boldly speak God's word, with fervor let His truth be known to all around you, in the face of adversity stand tall in the confidence that God our Father provides from His plentiful and unlimited resources, knowing that signs and wonders are common place when we believe and are obedient to His word.

Abba Father we come boldly before Your throne of grace that we may obtain Your mercy and grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray believing that we receive. Amen.

Philippians 3:8 - 11 (NKJV)
Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness which is from God by faith; that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection of the dead.

Paul understood that knowing the completeness of Jesus was indeed the single most important thing of his life.

Acts 16:25 (NKJV)
But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.

Philippians 4:11 (NKJV)
Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned to be content.

Everything else in life pales in comparison to our intimate personal relationship with Jesus.

Abba Father every day may we draw closer to You, to grasp fully the completeness of Your love and Your forgiveness, and to know without question that we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength (Philippians 4:13); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Ephesians 6:10 - 18 (NKJV)
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and  supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.

God has equipped us for victory each day against any and all things the world might send our way, on our behalf Jesus has overcome the world and all of its evil and wicked ways, daily we can make His truth our thoughts and our speech, we can accept and embrace that we are the righteousness of Christ, we can stretch our faith and believe that the impossible becomes possible with God in our lives, we can lift our hands daily praising Him always for His grace, daily we can absorb massive dose of His medicine, His written and spoken Word, and we can daily lift our voices in continual prayer and praise - there is victory in Jesus.

Abba Father we simply say thank You for Jesus in whom our victory over evil is assured; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray.  Amen.

Happy Mother's Day

2 Timothy 4:17 & 18 (NKJV)
But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me, so that the message might be preached fully through me, and that all Gentiles might hear. Also I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion. And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!

Paul recognized that his job first and foremost was to be about God's work, to fulfill God's calling on his life and he trusted fully that God would deliver him safely to the end of his earthly journey and the end of his God given assignment.

John 17:15 (NKJV)
"I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one."

John 4:34 (NKJV)
Jesus said to them, "My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work."

Jesus stated very clearly - daily be about God's work, His calling on your life and throughout your journey on this earth you will walk under God's protective covering surrounded by His protective angels.

Abba Father You have called us to be about Your work, let us be diligent in the fulfillment of Your calling on our lives confident in both Your provision and Your protection; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Jesus spoke these words:

Matthew 14:31 (NKJV)
And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand His hand and caught him, and said to him, "O you of little faith, why did you doubt?"

Luke 8:25 (NKJV)
But He said to them, "Where is your faith?" And they were afraid, and marveled, saying to one another, "Who can this be? For He commands even the winds and water, and they obey Him!"

We live in a fallen world, a world in which everyday evil surrounds us, but we who believe, we who do not doubt, we who have faith, can stand tall and unscathed in the midst of the most wicked storms of life because we have a Lord and Savior who has overcome the world, we have a Remedy to all the wicked ways of the world and His name is Jesus Christ.

And Jesus spoke these words:

Mark 9:23 (NKJV)
Jesus said to him, "If you believe, all things are possible to him who believes."

Mark 11:24 (NKJV)
"Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them."

As John Osteen said so many times, "Stretch your Faith!" It is impossible for you to believe greater than God's ability to provide.

Abba Father on fallen knees with arms stretched high we lay our requests before You confident that You are able to provide; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Provider Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

John 14:27 (NKJV)
"Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

John 16:33 (NKJV)
"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

Philippians 4:11 - 13 (NKJV)
Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content. I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Revelation 12:7 - 11 (NKJV)
And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was any place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon, that serpent of old, called the devil and satan, who deceives the whole world, he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

Abba Father it is such a wonderful promise that we who believe in Jesus will forever be with You, but even better is Your promise that we walk daily in Your peace, to never be afraid, but to be able because He who is in us is stronger than he who is in the world, to have life and have it abundantly, to have Your Light shine through us into the darkness of the world enabling us to draw others to others; there is Victory in Jesus our Lord and our Savior and it is in His glorious name that we pray today. Amen.

2 Peter 2 - 4 (NKJV)
Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Ephesians 1:3 - 5 (NKJV)
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will.

God our Father, Jesus our Lord, how sweet the sound, created in Their image, adopted into Their family, set apart from the world, recognizable as Their disciples, blessed beyond measure, nothing gives Them greater pleasure

Abba Father may we every day on this earth strive to know You better, to know Your thoughts and speak Your words, so that all will know we are Your disciples; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus. Amen.

Psalm 27:1 (NKJV)
The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Joshua 1:9 (NKJV)
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid nor dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."

Matthew 14:27 (NKJV)
But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, "Be of good cheer! It is I, do not be afraid."

In the midst of our biggest life battle, in the midst of life's darkest storm, the light and love of Jesus penetrates the darkness and God's Holy Spirit builds strength from within us; for those of us who have made Jesus our Lord and our Savior fear ceases to be an option or a concern

Abba Father You gave us Jesus and He gave us Your Holy Spirit and together You gave us victory over death and the evils of the world; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

As a born again believer in Jesus Christ your Risen Lord and Savior you have the ability within you to make a difference in the world each and every day

Abba Father  we thank You and praise You that we have been created new in Christ Jesus and each and every day we grow strong in spirit, body, and soul as we feed daily upon Your truth; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.
