Romans 6:6 - 14 (NKJV)
Knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of  sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. For he who has died has been freed from sin. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life He lives, He lives to God. Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

Saved by grace - Freed from sin and death - Powerful words - Believe them and Act on them.

Abba, Father You have given us Jesus may we give You our lives; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Psalm 23:1 (NKJV)
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

Psalm 23:6 (NKJV)
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

Abba, Father thank You for helping me understand the depth of Your love, may all of us cherish Your creations, may all of us love others as Jesus has loved us; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Psalm 3:3 (NKJV)
But you O LORD, are a shield for me, My glory and the One who lifts up my head.

Jesus the lifter of my head.

Jude 24 (NKJV)
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy.

Jesus keeps me upright.

Abba, Father You lift my head so I may observe all Your glory, You keep me upright so that I can complete my earthly journey and fulfill your purpose for my life; it is in the name of my Lord and my Savior Christ Jesus that I pray. Amen.

Matthew 17:20 (NKJV)
So Jesus said to them, "Because of your unbelief, for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you."

"And nothing will be impossible for you!" Jesus did not say, "All things are possible for Me," He said, "All things are possible for you!"

Mark 11:23 (NKJV)
"For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says."

Got a mountain or two in your life, shed your doubt, tell the devil where to go, get lock step with Jesus, believe and receive.

Abba, Father as my friend Pastor, John Osteen used to roar from the pulpit, "Stretch your Faith!", this day and every day forward may those who believe in You show the world that we are truly set apart, lifted up, and living life to the fullest because Jesus is our Lord and Jesus is our Savior and all things are possible for us; it is in His glorious name, the name above all names, that we pray. Amen.

Matthew 21:22 (NKJV)
"And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."

Mark 11:24 (NKJV)
"Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them."

John 14:14 (NKJV)
"If you ask anything in My name, I will do it."

Ask, believe, receive, it is not rocket science, our faith will move the mountains in our life.

Abba, Father may we fully comprehend the love of Jesus so that we may embrace the fullness of You, You who are able to provide exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to Your power that lies within each of us; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, our Healer, our Provider, and our Protector Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

God Speaks

Psalm 91:13 - 16 (NKJV)
"Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him, and show him My salvation."

His name is Father, Jesus taught us to pray this way, "our Father," sons and daughters set your love upon your Father, forever family.

Abba, Father let us sing a song of love to You, let us boldly proclaim Your name - our Father, may Your will be daily be done in us, Your humble and obedient children; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Romans 8:37 (NKJV)
Yet is all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

1 John 5:4 & 5 (NKJV)
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world - our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

There is victory in Jesus.

Abba, Father we will not fear, but we will remain steadfast in the love of Jesus, confident that He is always by our side; our Lord, our Savior, our Healer, our Protector, and our Provider, Christ Jesus in whose name we pray today. Amen.

Ephesians 5:15 - 21 (NKJV)
See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is, and do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another in the fear of God.

Be wise in the eyes of God, speak His truth, let your actions bring glory to Him

Abba, Father may we abide continually in You and may our words and actions be according to Your will for our lives; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

1 Corinthians 11:23 - 25 (NKJV)
For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you; that the Lord Jesus on the same night that He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, "Take, eat, this is My body which is broken for you, do this in remembrance of Me." In the same manner He also took the cup after supper saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me."

Isaiah 53:3 - 5 (NKJV)
He is despised and rejected by men, a Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief, and we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.

Matthew 26:39 (NKJV)
He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, "O My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will."

John 19:28 - 30 (NKJV)
After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled said, "I thirst!" Now a vessel full of sour wine was sitting there; and they filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on hyssop, and put it to His mouth. So when Jesus had receive the sour wine, He said, "It is finished!" And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.

Jesus, our Lord, our Savior, placed Himself upon the cross, the perfect sacrifice of the Perfect Lamb, His body was broken and His blood was shed for us so that we could live life to the fullest, God's adopted children, His family, set apart and lifted up, called by our Father to fulfill His purpose for our lives

Abba, Father may we this day press toward the goal for the prize of Your upward call in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:14), Your will be done in us; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, our Healer that we pray. Amen.

2 Timothy 2:15 (NKJV)
Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

God issued this instruction to those of us who daily are in conversation with people of the world - speak His truth.

John 6:63 (NKJV)
"It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life."

John 15:7 (NKJV)
"If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

Jesus further amplifies God's instruction to us - Speak His words, Speak His truth.

Abba. Father we accept Your instruction, Your words are life, Your words are truth, may we grow strong and bold in You, may the only words that fill our heart, may the only words that escape our lips, be Your words, Your truth; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Matthew 9:35 & 36 (NKJV)
Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered like sheep having no shepherd.

The same compassion and concern Jesus had for the people then He has for us today - Jesus brings healing to both our flesh and our spirit, but today just like then so many, many are weary and scattered.

Abba, Father that Jesus heals and Jesus saves should never be questioned, may the light of Jesus in us penetrate the darkness around us and may our testimonies ring throughout the land; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

2 Corinthians 9:6 - 8 (NKJV)
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap  bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

Galatians 6:6 - 10 (NKJV)
Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.

There is a lot more to giving than writing the check, let your heart be open to the opportunity to serve others, as Jesus said, "Even I came to serve and not to be served." (Matthew 20:28).

Abba, Father You have given and continue to give, Your provision is without question, may our hearts be open to the needs of those around us, that Your love, forgiveness, and compassion be known to all; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Romans 6:5 - 7 (NKJV)
For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin. For he who has died has been freed from sin.

Ephesians 5:1 & 2 (NKJV)
Therefore be imitators of God as dear children, and walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling aroma.

God made Jesus who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him (2 Corinthians 5:21).

As He was about to give up His spirit to His Father, Jesus said these words, "It is finished!" (John 19:30).

Abba, Father You gave us Jesus and we became righteous in Your sight, created in Your image and in Your likeness, adopted as Your children, able to walk in Your power, may our lives be a sweet smelling aroma to You; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Luke 13:10 - 13 (NKJV)
Now He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise. But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, "Woman, your are loosed from your infirmity." And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made strait, and glorified God.

John 14:13 (NKJV)
"And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that My Father may be glorified in the Son."

John 15:7 & 8 (NKJV)
"If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you, by this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit, so you will be My disciples."

John 17:1 - 4 (NKJV)
Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: "Father, the hour has come. Glorify You Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him. And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. I have glorified You on the earth, I have finished the work which You have given Me to do."

Our Father is about taking care of His children and doing good for us brings glory to Him.

Abba, Father You are our Father and You reward those of us who believe in You, trust in You, and diligently seek You (Hebrews 11:6); it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, our Provider, our Protector, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

3 John 2 - 4 (NKJV)
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in truth. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.

John 8:31 & 32 (NKJV)
Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

God's word is the Truth, stuff it into your heart, think it, speak it, and live it

Abba, Father You have given us Your Spirit and He will guide us into all truth and He will tell us things to come (John 16:13); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Acts 2:38 - 41 (NKJV)
Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord  our God will call." And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, "Be saved from this perverse generation." Then those who gladly received his word were baptized and that day about three thousand souls were added to them.

The message is still the same today - Jesus loves you - Be saved from this perverse generation - Jesus came that we would have life and have it more abundantly.

Abba, Father may our lives today and each day after be a reflection of You so that none would perish and all would come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Proverbs 3:5 & 6 (NKJV)
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV)
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

John 14:15 (NKJV)
"If you love Me, keep My commandments."

Trust, faith, and obedience - Jesus said, "Follow Me" - His promise was Life, Life Abundant, and Life Forever - All other paths lead to pain, suffering, destruction, and death

Abba, Father You gave us Jesus, He is the way, the truth, and the life, He leads us to You, follow we must; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Romans 3:23 - 26 (NKJV)
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

1 Peter 2:9 & 10 (NKJV)
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light, who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

Colossians 1:13 & 14 (NKJV)
He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

Abba. Father through Your great love, Your grace and mercy, we became what we could not become on our own, Your children, chosen by You before Your creation, forever Your sons and daughters; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Galatians 2:20 & 21 (NKJV)
"I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain."

Those who do not choose Jesus will have lived in vain.

Abba, Father salvation is a choice, we must believe in our heart and confess with our mouth that we have chosen to make Jesus the Lord of our life and our Savior, this morning we pray for those who have not chosen to believe in Jesus, our friends, our families and our neighbors, may they this day see the Light and be redeemed from the darkness of the world; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Philippians 2:5 - 8 (NKJV)
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bond servant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.

And now the rest of the story - Jesus rose from the dead, Jesus our risen Lord, Jesus our risen Savior - Jesus the name to which every knee must bow and every tongue must confess that He is Lord - Jesus who taught us that humility and obedience are fundamental to our spiritual growth.

Abba, Father we Your humble and obedient children lift our arms in praise, with joy in our hearts and peace in our spirit it is well to be with You; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.
