Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV)
But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.

God is our hope and daily we grow stronger as we place our trust in Him

Philippians 4:13 (NKJV)
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

We are daily encouraged that with Jesus the impossible becomes possible

Abba, Father our trust is in You, we stretch our faith far beyond what we can touch and see, and as Your Son some rightfully stated, "All things are possible to us who believe" (Mark 9:23); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Exodus 3:13 & 14 (NKJV)
Then Moses said to God, "Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, 'The God of your fathers has sent me to you,' and they say to me, 'What is His name?' what shall I say to them?" And God said to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM." And He said, Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, "I AM sent me to you.'"

The children of Israel, God's chosen people, were slaves to the nation of Egypt, they needed a miracle in their lives, and the Great "I AM" came to their rescue

Matthew 6:9 - 13 (NKJV)
"In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen."

Jesus our Lord, our Savior could have instructed us to pray to His Father, He could have instructed us to pray to the "Great I AM," but instead He instructed us to pray to "Our Father," and to pray that the "Great I AM," in His unhindered love for us would provide, forgive, and protect us, His children

Abba, Father You are our Father and we are Your beloved children and we daily rejoice in Your promise of eternal love, forgiveness, provision,  and protection; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus, the remedy for every ill of life, that we pray. Amen.

Ephesians 3:20 (NKJV)
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.

Philippians 4:19 (NKJV)
And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Our Father is both willing and able to meet and exceed our every need

Hebrews 4:16 (NKJV)
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

And thanks to our Lord and our Savior Jesus Christ we can come before our Father with unabashed boldness and receive His help anytime and anyplace

Abba Father we are Your beloved children and You are a wonderful and loving Father, may we daily rejoice in Your benefits and continually sing Your praises; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Deuteronomy 33:27 - 29 (NKJV)
"The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms; He will thrust out the enemy from before you, and will say, "Destroy!" Then Israel shall dwell in safety, the fountain of Jacob alone, in a land of grain and new wine; His heavens shall also drop dew. Happy are you, O Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the LORD, the shield of your help and the sword of your majesty! Your enemies shall submit to you, and you tread down their high places."

Many, many years ago Moses invoked this blessing over the twelve tribes of the Israeli nation he had led to the brink of the promised land

Joshua 1:5 - 9 (NKJV)
"No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."

Then God spoke this command to Joshua who then led the Israeli nation into the promised land

Abba, Father Your Son Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8) and You have promised that we are Your people, that You will dwell with us, be with us and be our Eternal God (Revelation 21:3); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Philippians 4:13 (NKJV)

Mark 9:23 (NKJV)
Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes."

Believing is Receiving

Abba Father, believing in You, fully comprehending our relationship, eliminating all doubt in our heart, enables us to completely remove the mountains in our lives (Mark 11:23), and to fulfill our rightful place as Your children and Joint heirs with Jesus to Your kingdom (Romans 8:15 - 18); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Hebrews 10:35 & 36 (NKJV)
Therefore do not cast away your confidence which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise.

John 4:34 (NKJV)
Jesus said to them, "My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work."

God's Promise to His children is reflected in our commitment to serve Him and His kingdom

Colossians 1:21 & 22 (NKJV)
And you who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless and above reproach in His sight.

Jude 24 (NKJV)
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy.

As He is the Son of God, Jesus made us to be children of God, faultless in His sight and it gives Jesus great joy to guide us to the successful completion of our earthly journey

Abba, Father You made Jesus who knew no sin to become sin for us that we might become righteous in Your sight (2 Corinthians 5:21) so that we might walk worthy of You fully pleasing You (Colossians 1:10), called to be Your forever children (Ephesians 1:5), joint heirs with Jesus (Romans 8:17), the beneficiary of Your promise; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

John 13:34 & 35 (NKJV)
"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."

Jesus changed everything - from "do not" to "Do!" - from discipline to relationship - Share the love of Jesus with each other

Abba, Father we love You because You first love us (1 John 4:19) and we share Your love with others as You instructed because we recognize that sharing Your love with others leads to life and life more abundantly (John 10:10); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Colossians 1:9 -12 (NKJV)
For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. That you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power for patience and long suffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.

Paul prayed this

John 15:7 & 8 (NKJV)
"If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples."

Jesus promised this

Matthew 6:10 (NKJV)
"Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven."

Jesus taught this

Abba, Father it is Your will for us to follow Your Son, to listen to Your Voice, to be led by Your Spirit, to experience Your goodness, today, tomorrow, and forever, may Your light shine through us and penetrate the darkness and may we be a magnet unto You; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Matthew 3:16 & 17(NKJV)
When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, "This is My beloved Son in whom I am well pleased."

The pleasure Jesus gave our Father is no greater than the pleasure our Father receives when you or I die to ourselves and begin to live for Jesus

Matthew 17:1,2, 3 & 5 (NKJV)
Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves; and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him...While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!"

To us has been revealed the glory of Jesus, God sent His Son that we might have life and have it more abundantly (John 10:10) - Hear Him!

Abba, Father You gave us Your Son and He proclaimed these words over us, "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also, and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father" (John 14:12); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

2 Corinthians 5:17 & 21 (NKJV)
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new...For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

1 Corinthians 2:9,10 & 16 (NKJV)
But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him." But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God...For who has known the mind of the LORD that he may instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Let your spirit be teachable, spend time daily reading, studying, and meditating on His Holy Word, with eyes lifted up and ears tuned to His voice - Be Led by His Spirit

Abba, Father we can do all things in His strength (Philippians 4:13) because we listen to Your voice (John 16:13); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Isaiah 55:9 - 11 (NKJV)
"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways," says the LORD, "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater. So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it."

God issued this promise to His people in the old testament

And Jesus issued this promise to God's family in the new testament

John 15:7 & 8 (NKJV)
"If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples."

John 1:1 (NKJV)
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Hebrews 13:8 (NKJV)
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Abba, Father Your plan was, is, and will always be  for us to be Your loved and blessed children through our relationship with Your Son and our Savior Jesus Christ and it is in His glorious name that we pray. Amen.

 Titus 3:4 - 7 (NKJV)
But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

Through His Son Jesus Christ God abundantly poured His Spirit upon us so that we would become His family forever

James 4:10 (NKJV)
Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.

1 Peter 5:6 (NKJV)
Therefore humble yourselves before the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.

Like all good father's our Father gives us His best and desires for us to have His best and be His best

Abba, Father through Your Son Jesus Christ You abundantly poured Your Holy Spirit upon us that He would guide us into all truth and tell us of things to come (John 16:13), may our spirit be teachable as we grow strong in You; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Galatians 5:22 - 25 (NKJV)
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV)
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

A great exercise for each of us to do daily is to stand before the mirror and proclaim these words, "I may not be who I want to be, but thanks You Jesus, I am not who I used to be, and in Your strength (Philippians 4:13) it is possible for me to become who You called me to be."

Abba, Father thank You for Jesus who receives great and exceeding joy from His ability to keep us from stumbling in life and present us to You faultless at the end of our earthly journey (Jude 24); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Psalm 51:1,2 & 7 - 12 (NKJV)
Have mercy upon me, O God, according to the multitude of Your tender mercies, blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin...Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean, wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me hear joy and gladness, that the bones You have broken may rejoice. Hide Your face from all my iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not  cast me away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and uphold me by Your generous Spirit.

John 3:16 (NKJV)
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

2 Corinthians 5:17 - 21 (NKJV)
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us a ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Abba, Father You gave us Jesus, the life and the light (John 1:5) and You gave us the perfect path to You (John 14:6), our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus in whose glorious name we pray. Amen.

Matthew 6:13 (NKJV)
"And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one."

Jesus instructs us to pray that God will lead us away from temptation and deliver us from the ways of evil

"For Yours is the kingdom, and the power and the glory forever. Amen"

Jesus further instructs to pray our affirmation and recognition of who our Father is and that our relationship is not temporary but is forever

Colossians 1:13 & 14 (NKJV)
He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

Paul confirmed our deliverance from the evil one - our Lord, our Savior, and our Deliverer - Christ Jesus

John 16:13 (NKJV)
"However, when He, the Spirit of truth has come, He will guide you into all truth, for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak, and He will tell you things to come."

Jesus has given each of us His Holy Spirit to guide us in the truth, to direct us away from the temptations of evil and to remind us daily of the awesomeness of His kingdom, His power, and His glory forever

Abba, Father the devil has no chance in the lives of Your children, we have a Helper, the Spirit of truth, who abides with us forever (John 14:16) to guide and direct us all day, each day; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Deliverer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Romans 8:37 - 39 (NKJV)
Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

1 John 5:1 - 5 (NKJV)
Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this the victory that overcomes the world - our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

Know the love of Jesus - Conquer all things

Trust and obey - Overcome the world

There is victory in Jesus

Abba, Father in Jesus we have peace because He has overcome the world (John 16:33), and He loves us; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Romans 8:28 (NKJV)
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.

Philippians 3:14 (NKJV)
I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

John 4:34 (NKJV)
Jesus said to them, "My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.

Jesus knew that He was called to do the work of His Father; it is no different for you and I, each of us has been called by our Father and purposed to do His work, to further His kingdom, to convey His Light into the darkness of the world

Try listening to God, strive to hear His voice, purpose yourself to be about His work and you will be pleasantly surprised as His favor, His blessings, and His benefits begin to fill your days

Abba, Father may we be attentive to Your voice, obedient to Your calling, confident in Your blessings; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV)
You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.

Abba, Father may we this day and every day forward think on things above, may Your love for us be evident in our love for each other, and may we rejoice daily in Your promise of life today, tomorrow and forever in Your presence; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Philippians 4:11 - 13 (NKJV)
Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Isaiah 26:3 & 4 (NKJV)
You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Trust in the LORD forever, for in YAH, the LORD, is everlasting strength.

Colossians 3:1 - 3 (NKJV)
If then your were raised with Christ , seek those things which are above where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.

Purpose yourself in 2015 to align your thoughts and actions with those of Jesus, let this year be the year in which you rise above worldly matters and live life to the fullest content in the strength of your Lord and Savior Christ Jesus

Abba, Father we have been created new in Jesus and in His strength, His love we will live our lives exceedingly and abundantly above the ways of this world (2 Corinthians 5:17, Ephesians 3:20, and John 10:10); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

But He said to them, "You give them something to eat." And they said, "We have no more than five loaves and two fish, unless we go and buy food for all these people." For there were about five thousand men. Then He said to His disciples, "Make them sit down in groups of fifty." And they did so, and made them all sit down. Then He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke them, and gave them to the disciples to set before the multitude. So they all ate and were filled, and twelve baskets of the leftover fragments were taken up by them.

Purpose 2015 to be all about Jesus, commit yourself to follow His ways, determine yourself to be a giver - God gave you Jesus so that you could give Jesus to the world
