Luke 15:20 (NKJV)
"And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him."

Jesus tells this beautiful story about how a father yearns for the return of his wayward son, searching the landscape each and every day, hopeful of his return, and on the wonderful day of his return the father spies him from far away and runs to greet him, there is no bitterness, there is no anger, there is no regret, there is only love and forgiveness, a child has come home

Philippians 4:8 (NKJV)
Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy - meditate on these things.

The love and forgiveness of our Father God is truth - The grace and mercy of our Lord Jesus is noble - The judgment of our Father God is just - The joy of our Lord Jesus is pure - The peace of our Father God is lovely - That we are His beloved children is a good report

Abba, Father for You so loved the world that You gave Your only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus who made it possible for us to be in Your family forever that we rejoice and pray. Amen
