1 Peter 5:8 - 10 (NKJV)
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.

Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
1 Corinthians 15:56 - 58 (NKJV)
The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always, abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
Abba Father we have Your eternal Promise, we have Jesus who has overcome the world, and we have Jesus who is always with us wherever we go; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.
