John 15:1 - 4 (NKJV)
"I am the vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away, and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it bears more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me,and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me."
As a born again Spirit filled believer in Jesus Christ your earnest desire is to be daily pruned by our Father so that you are a fruit bearing machine drawing many, many to Jesus

John 15:5 - 8 (NKJV)
"I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit, so you will be My disciples."
You do not want to be burned in the rubbish pile, but rather you want to have your life glorify our Father and be known to all as a disciple of Jesus Christ

John 15:9 - 11 (NKJV)
"As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. I you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Fathers commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that you joy may be full."
As we know the love of Jesus in our heart our spiritual understanding goes far beyond our intellectual knowledge and we are filled with all the fullness of our Father (Ephesians 3:19)
There is no greater joy than being filled with His fullness - that is the ultimate relationship and that is our Father's desire for each of us - He is our Father and we are His beloved children
Abba, Father daily may we be filled with the knowledge of Your will, in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, that we may walk worthy of You, fully pleasing You, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of You (Colossians 1:9 & 10); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we rejoice and pray. Amen.
