Hebrews 12:1 & 2 (NKJV)
Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher or our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
 
Matthew 26:39 (NKJV)
He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, "O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will."
 
Obedience to the will of our Father builds our faith and leads to joy filled life
 
Abba, Father may we daily seek to know Your will, to be Your humble and obedient children, and to know the fullness of You; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.
