Matthew 5:43 - 46 (NKJV)
"You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those that curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust. For if you love those who love you; what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?"
 
Proverbs 25:22 & 23 (NKJV)
If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he is thirsty, give him water to drink; for so you will heap coals of fire on his head, and the LORD will reward you.
 
Romans 12:21 (NKJV)
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
 
Abba, Father may we this day and every day forward be obedient to Your commandment that we love all others as You have loved us (John 13:34 & 35), that we will be recognizable as Your disciples; it is in the name of our Lord  and our Savior Christ Jesus that we rejoice and pray. Amen.
