Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.
 
You have just finished putting on God's Armor, you are well equipped for battle because your heart is filled with God's Word, only one other thing to do, call on Your Helper - the Holy Spirit - allow Him to intercede on your behalf - let there be no doubt that our Father hears and acts upon your request
 
1John 5:14 & 15 (NKJV)
Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
 
Abba, Father we lay our petitions at the foot of the cross, confident that You both hear and act upon our request (John 14:14); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we rejoice and pray. Amen.
