2 Timothy 2:3 - 5 (NKJV)
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus.
 
2 Peter 3:9 (NKJV)
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is long suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
 
We are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that we may proclaim the praises of Him who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9)
 
Abba, Father may our hearts be receptive and our minds be clear, You gave us Jesus, not to condemn, but to save us with this wonderful promise that all who believe in Him would never perish but would live forever in Your presence (John 3:16 & 17); it is in the glorious name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.
