Psalm 94:18 & 19 (NKJV)
If I say, "My foot slips," Your mercy, O LORD, will hold me up. In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul.

Hebrews 4:16 (NKJV)
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

In Philippians 4:6 & 7 the Apostle Paul encourages us to be "anxious for nothing," but to be confident that our Father is merciful and highly capable to meet our every need, no matter how big the problem seems to us, He is Able.

Abba, Father it is with confident expectation that we come boldly before You, we are Your beloved children and it pleases You greatly to help us in our times of need; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

John 1:4 & 5 (NKJV)
In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

Jesus is the Light of the world (John 8:12), He is the revealer of evil and the destroyer of darkness, it is the devil, the master deceiver, who slinks around in the darkness purposed to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and the good news is God gave each of the ability to choose between life and death - Choose this day Jesus.

John 14:6 (NKJV)
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

Jesus - Direction - No Deception - Eternal Life - Choose Jesus

Abba, Father we have chosen Jesus, we accept and embrace Your love, Your humble and obedient children, forever; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

John 1:12 & 13 (NKJV)
But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name; who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

In Matthew 6:9 Jesus said this, "In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father - in Romans 8:15 - 17 the Apostle Paul said these words - "But you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, Abba, Father...that we are children of God...joint heirs with Christ" - we are His family, the Creator of all is our loving Father.

Abba, Father we proclaim this day we are Your beloved children, we are Your family and it is well to be with You; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Hebrews 12:1 & 2 (NKJV)
Therefore we also, since are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

The Apostle Paul said this in Philippians 3:14, "I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus," when we look to Jesus He is not interested in discussing our past, He only wants to discuss where, with Him, we can go, it is never about our going back, but always about moving forward and upward to walk in the promise of our Lord - Have you ever wondered what was the "joy" that was set before Jesus at the cross - that we were going to become His family.

Abba Father we do want to move forward and upward with You, You are able to keep us from stumbling, to keep us upright, and to see us complete our earthly journey bringing glory to You (Jude 24), and that brings You great joy; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

1 John 5:4 & 5 (NKJV)
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world - our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

Jesus proclaimed in Mark 9:23 that all things are possible for those that believe - because we believe that He (Jesus) who is in us is greater than he (satan) who is in the world and because we believe that Jesus is the Son of God we can believe and pray with confident expectation that absolutely nothing is too hard or impossible for our Father who loves us.

Abba Father we love You because You first loved us, what is seemingly impossible for us and far beyond our understanding is very possible for You, in Matthew 14:14 we are told that Jesus has compassion for us and heals our sick, it is our prayer today that You heal our friends and all will know that You are our God, our Father, and we are Your beloved children; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Luke 15:18 - 20 (NKJV)
"I will arise and go to my father, and say to him, 'Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.' And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off his father saw and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him."

Jesus has a message for us all, when life becomes difficult and we want to give up, He never quits on us, and when we turn to Him He runs to us overflowing with compassion and says so simply, "I love you, we are family!"

There is a remedy and His name is Jesus Christ.

Abba Father You are not slack concerning Your promise but You are patient toward us toward us, not willing that any of us should perish but that all of us should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9); it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

1 Thessalonians 5:9 - 11 (NKJV)
For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep. we should live together with Him. Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.

Salvation, what we were incapable of doing for ourselves God did for us so that we would be family forever, now that is something to shout about.

Abba Father Your Son Jesus Christ said these words, "I do not say to you, up to seven times (forgive), but up to seventy times seven" (Matthew 18:22), may we know and understand that that person who is most offensive to us, You love just the same as us; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Luke 10:8 (NKJV)
"Whatever city you enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you. And heal the sick there, and say to them, 'The kingdom of God has come near to you.'"

The instructions of Jesus to the 70, "Heal the sick," and tell them, "The kingdom of God has come near to you." Has HIs instructions to us changed? The answer to that question is absolutely not, our task remains the same, in His power we are to "Heal the Sick" and in His strength we are to "preach the gospel of Jesus Christ"

Abba Father Your Son Jesus Christ said these words, "If you love Me, keep My commandments (John 14:15), may our love of Jesus never be questioned and may our obedience to His commands be obvious to all in everything we do; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

2 Corinthians 4:16 - 18 (NKJV)
Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

What ever length of time we spend in our mortal bodies wandering on this earth is a mere snap of the fingers compared to the eternity those of us who believe in Jesus will spend with our Father

Abba Father as the Apostle Paul so eloquently stated we will press forward toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of You in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:14); it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Hebrews 10:19 - 25 (NKJV)
Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water, let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

We each have a choice of who we hang out with, choose those in life who will speak strong words of encouragement based on His truth, Jesus has made a way for all of us to enjoy life abundantly, He does not promise us life without adversity, but He does promise us that in HIs strength we can meet the challenges of life head on and go through them in His peace and His joy, confident in His forever promise of no tears, no crying, no sorrow, no pain, no death, His presence forever (Revelation 21:3 & 4)

Abba Father may we each day choose wisely, guided by those around us who speak Your truth and apply Your truth to the challenges of each new day; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

I John 1:7 (NKJV)
But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

All day every day we have a choice - choose Jesus

John 8:12 (NKJV)
Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life."

Follow Jesus, He is life and life abundantly

2 Corinthians 5:21 (NKJV)
For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Redeemed, Fearless, Set Apart, Recognizable, Overcomer, Conqueror, Faithful - A Child of God

Abba Father You gave us Jesus and Him we will follow, walking in His light, set apart from the darkness of the world, we overcome and conquer by our faith; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Day 85 of 100

Revelation 3:20 (NKJV)
"Behold I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me."

Abba Father You are our ever present help in times of trouble, we can come boldly before Your throne, confident that You will provide help in our times of need, may we always be confident in the knowledge that wherever we are in life, You are there with us ready to provide and protect Your beloved child; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Revelation 11:11 - 15 (NKJV)
Now after the three-and-a-half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, "Come up here." And they ascended to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them. In the same hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell. In the earthquake seven thousand people were killed, and the rest were afraid and gave glory to the God in heaven. The second woe is past. Behold, the third woe is coming quickly. Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!"

Our Father is all powerful and He will have the final word, as Jesus said in Mark 9:23, "all things are possible to him who believes." Put your trust in God, not in man or the ways of man (Psalm 118:7), trust in Your Father with your complete heart, lean not on you own understanding and in all that you do acknowledge Him and God will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5 & 6)

Abba Father it is in You that we place our trust, we close our eyes to the world and fix our sight on You and Your ability which is without limitation, we rest in the confidence of Your great love; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer that we pray. Amen.

Romans 1:21 - 23 (NKJV)
Because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man - and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.

Stop! Go back and read the above scripture again slowly, do you know God or do you KNOW God! Does He make a difference each and every day of your life, is He Your Father and do you daily have life changing conversations with Him, and because you know Him, do you make a difference in the life's of others

Psalm 1:2 & 3 (NKJV)
But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.

Knowing God is not just one hour on Sunday morning, knowing God is being with Him, talking with Him, trusting in Him, obeying Him, and loving Him 24/7/365

3 John 2 (NKJV)
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as you soul prospers.

Let your thoughts be His thoughts, let you words be His words, let your emotions be His love, His forgiveness, His Peace, and His joy, and let your will be His will

Abba Father may we know Your fullness, may Your Spirit fill our hearts, and may we obediently follow Your Son; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer that we pray. Amen.

Matthew 14:13 & 14 (NKJV)
When Jesus heard it, He departed from there by boat to a deserted place by Himself. But when the multitudes heard it, they followed Him on foot from the cities. And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick.

Jesus has heard of the death of John the Baptist and He desires to be alone, but the people have heard of Him and desire to be in His presence; as we read on we discover the immense compassion that He has for the people as He provides both healing and food.

Abba Father You are mercy and You are comfort, Your love, Your forgiveness, and Your grace overflow the life's of Your children, it is in You that we must trust; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Jesus Christ that we pray. Amen.

Ephesians 3:19 & 20 (NKJV)
Know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with the fullness of God.

As small children we sang these words, "Jesus loves me this I know because the bible tells me so," as spiritually mature adults our hearts should scream, "I am the one who Jesus loves!"

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.

Because my Bible tells me so

Abba Father He who knew no sin was made to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him (2 Corinthians 5:21), that is love that knows no boundary, that is the fullness of You; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Jesus Christ that we pray. Amen.

Mark 1:11 (NKJV)
Then a voice came from heaven, "You are My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."

Matthew 17:5 (NKJV)
While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!"

On two occasions God speaks from heaven concerning His Son, on both occasions the speech has the tone of a Proud Papa, "My Son, who I love, and who pleases Me," but on the second occasion He adds an instruction to us, "Listen to Him, because I love you and desire that you be just like Him."

Abba Father thank You for Jesus who simply said, "Follow Me," and for those of us who do follow Him, He leads us to life, life abundant, and life eternal; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer that we pray. Amen.

Psalm 23:1 (NKJV)
The LORD is my Shepherd; I shall not want.

What a great statement of faith, complete trust in God; David proclaimed his belief that His Father would provide his every need

Psalm 23:2 (NKJV)
He makes me lie down in green pastures; He restores my soul.

Comfort and rest, joy and peace, love and forgiveness, these are all promises from our Father

Psalm 23:3 (NKJV)
He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.

The reason for Jesus is us, holy, beloved, righteous in God's sight, to be His family forever

Psalm 23:4 (NKJV)
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me

Just like David, every day we walk around in the presence of evil, but fear is not an option for us, our Father is always with us and He has our back, in our faith victory is assured

Psalm 23:5 (NKJV)
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.

No matter how big the problem appears to us it is never too big for God and when we put our trust in our Father His blessings overflow us

Psalm 23:6 (NKJV)
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever.

In John 10:10 Jesus declared that He came that we might have life and life abundantly, unlike us Jesus did not and does not engage in idle, insignificant chatter, but rather He speaks God's truth, believe it and receive it

Abba Father as Your humble and obedient children, our complete trust and faith is in You, we will live according to Your truth; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Joshua 1:9 (NKJV)
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."

Have you ever noticed how often God tells us not be afraid, fear counteracts our faith and fear is the work of the devil, stretch your faith, know that God is with you wherever you go, your ever present help in times of need, He is your Father

1 John 4:18 (NKJV)
There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.

Abba Father when we know the love of Jesus we know the fullness of You (Ephesians 3:19), You who are able to do exceedingly and abundantly more than we can ask or think (Ephesians 3:20), You who is always with us, You in whom we trust, in us there is no fear; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

John 13:34 & 35 (NKJV)
"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."

Mark 11:25 & 26 (NKJV)
"And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses."

Colossians 3:12 - 14 (NKJV)
Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; and bearing with one another, and forgiving one another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things put on love which is the bond of perfection.

Love and Forgiveness are not requests or suggestions by our Father, they are commandments; God is very serious about us walking in love and forgiveness because He knows what we should know - unforgiveness, bitterness, and anger will kill us, and only the devil is bent on death, Jesus our Lord and our Savior came that we would have life and have it abundantly

Abba Father we love You because You first loved us (1John 4:19), we forgive because you placed Your self upon the cross (Colossians 1:13 & 14), may we die to ourselves and live for You, loving as You have loved and forgiving as You forgive; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.

Romans 12:9 - 12 (NKJV)
Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer.

Jude 20 & 21 (NKJV)
But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

1 Thessalonians 5:16 - 18 (NKJV)
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

The operative word is PRAYER, simply put prayer is a two way conversation between you and your Father, spend time studying His words, meditate on His words, allow His words to fill your heart, make your request known to Him and listen to the voice of His Holy Spirit, if you are speaking the words of the world, if you are in conversation about the problem you are wasting your breath and engaging in an exercise of futility, as my good friend Joe once said as he waived his bible high above his head, "This is the truth, everything else is just a bunch of senseless noise."

Abba Father how blessed we are that you are "Our Father," as Your Son Jesus taught us to pray (Matthew 6:9), we can come boldly before You in our times of need confident in Your promise that we will obtain Your mercy and find grace to help (Hebrews 4:16); it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.
