About Us
Welcome to the Full Gospel Businessmen’s Training Website. Our purpose is to equip and empower men to become business and family leaders in their community, state and nation. We have developed a five section “Business Multiplication Plan” that will encourage you in your Christian walk.
- Understanding the need for a vision and determining a mission to fulfill the vision;
- Developing your spiritual and secular communication skills;
- Organizing chapter meetings that will introduce guests to make a positive life changing decision through listening to a dynamic personal testimony of a businessman;
- Renewing and developing Christian leadership skills for business and family;
- Positioning men in the marketplace to positively impact their environments.
Each step helps businessmen experience God, mentor men through seminars and equip and empower these men to impact others in the marketplace.
Several years of extensive travel to many nations around the world with a message of hope in Christ has lead to a deep understanding and awareness of the need of men of all ages to be mentored in ways that lead to productive, successful and fulfilled lives.
Many of the younger men of the present generation have had limited to zero Godly fatherly guidance and are looking for answers to the large questions of life. We hope to meet those needs and at the same time challenge our mature Christian men to act as mentors to this Joshua generation (ages 20-40). As each man receives and finds his spiritual gift or gifts and uses it or them, he will become one of the “Happiest People On Earth.”
Follow the easy instructions and enjoy the “Business Multiplication Plan.”
How FGBT Began
In 2007 I led a marketplace team to Armenia. We partnered with Missionary Adventures, and the evangelist churches in Yerevan, Armenia. Our team taught business seminars during the day and Crusades during the evenings. The Crusades were called the Demos Shakarian Tent Crusade. On the first night 5,000 people attended and Dr. Leslie McNulty preached the message in Russian. The first altar call was for people who were deaf and could now hear come forward. Thirty people came forward and I whispered in English and asked them in Russian to repeat what I said in English. All 30 repeated what I said in English.
The second altar call was for those who wanted to make Jesus Lord and Savior. Over 500 came forward. Many others who came forward were healed of infirmities and delivered.
On the third afternoon the Armenian military approached me and said, “Shut this down right now or we will kill you right here.” We shut the crusade down.
That evening Arthur Simonian hosted a dinner meeting with 52 business leaders in Yerevan. The Holy Spirit showed up and took over.
After the meeting I stepped outside and the Lord said, “Armenia will be a light unto the Middle East.” When I looked south there was a glow over the Ararat mountain range. This was confirmation. I started thanking the Lord for all the healing and salvations and the Lord replied, “Make disciples and put on my heart the Internet.” I said, “Lord I hate computers, but I will do it if you teach me.” Instantly my mind was flooded with ideas.
When I returned home, I met Nathan Cole, a leader of Chi Alpha at East Texas University. He set up the Full Gospel Businessmen’s Training, (FGBT) website. This was the start of mentoring men.
