Romans 12:9 - 12 (NKJV)
Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer.

Jude 20 & 21 (NKJV)
But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

1 Thessalonians 5:16 - 18 (NKJV)
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

The operative word is PRAYER, simply put prayer is a two way conversation between you and your Father, spend time studying His words, meditate on His words, allow His words to fill your heart, make your request known to Him and listen to the voice of His Holy Spirit, if you are speaking the words of the world, if you are in conversation about the problem you are wasting your breath and engaging in an exercise of futility, as my good friend Joe once said as he waived his bible high above his head, "This is the truth, everything else is just a bunch of senseless noise."

Abba Father how blessed we are that you are "Our Father," as Your Son Jesus taught us to pray (Matthew 6:9), we can come boldly before You in our times of need confident in Your promise that we will obtain Your mercy and find grace to help (Hebrews 4:16); it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.
