God's Promises for You

August 24, 2015

Proverbs 3:5 & 6 (NKJV)
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and he shall direct your paths.

God is our Father, He does not direct us into temptation, He delivers us from the evil one - Trust Him! (Matthew 6:13)

John 15:7 & 8 (NKJV)
"If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples."

With Jesus we have life and life more abundantly (John 10:10) - With Jesus all things are possible (Mark 9:23) - With Jesus we go to heaven and live forever with Him (John 3:16 and John 14:6) - Without Jesus we can do nothing (John 15:5) - It seems to be such a simple choice

John 14:16 & 17 (NKJV)
"And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever - the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you."

Our Holy Spirit - Our constant Companion as we journey trough life on this earth - He guides us in all truth (John 16:13)

Abba, Father You are able to do exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20), may we be teachable, may we be receptive, may we be attentive, may we be humble, may we may be obedient, may we look to You, and may we know the fullness of You; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, our Provider, our Protector, and our Healer that we rejoice and
pray. Amen.
