1 Timothy 4:7 & 8 (NKJV)
But reject profane and old wives' fables, and exercise yourself toward godliness. For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.
Matthew 6:33 (NKJV)
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Colossians 1:10 (NKJV)
That you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.
Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV)
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Abba Father we have Your promise of life abundant and life eternal, may we always seek You first and may our walk always be pleasing to You, and may our faith approach Your ability which far surpasses our understanding; it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, our Provider, our Protector, and our Healer Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.
