Therefore since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us lay aside every encumbrance and sin which so easily snares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Abba Father may we stretch our faith, may our eyes remain fixed on Jesus, and may we daily fulfill Your purpose for our lives, confident that we are being perfected by the love of Jesus in us; it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.
