1 Peter 2:9 & 10 (NKJV)

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. Who once were not a people but are now a people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

Ephesians 1:3 - 5 (NKJV)

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will.

Chosen by God - His special people - Adopted into His family

Abba, Father You are our Father (Matthew 6:9), we are Your children (Romans 8:16), we are righteous in Your sight (2 Corinthians 5:21), and we are called to Your high purpose (Philippians 3:14); it is in the name of our Lord and our Savior Christ Jesus that we rejoice and pray. Amen.
