God's Promises for You

July 8, 2016

1 Thessalonians 5:16 - 18 (NKJV)
Rejoice always - Fill your heart with the joy of Jesus (John 15:11)
Pray without  ceasing - Have continual conversation with Your Father
In everything give thanks - - With Thanksgiving (Philippians 4:6)
For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you

You are your Father's beloved child, holy and without blame, a joint heir with Jesus to His kingdom (Ephesians 1:4 & 5 and Romans 8:17)

Be Thankful!

2 Timothy 3:1 & 2 (NKJV)
But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of money,  boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but defying its power. And from such people turn away!

Turn away from the world and its people and dive head first into a forever, intimate relationship with your Lord and your Savior Christ Jesus, you are overcome the world and all of its evil because you believe that Jesus is the Son of God (1 John 5:5)

Colossians 3:1 & 2 (NKJV)
If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.

Your Father is Able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20) - He is able - the world is not - Seek Him daily, Trust Him daily, and daily sing His praise

Abba, Father we will come boldly before Your throne of grace that we might receive Your mercy and grace to meet our every need (Hebrews 4:16), You are able to supply all our need according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19); it is in the name of our Lord, our Savior, and our Provider Christ Jesus that we rejoice and pray. Amen.
